The government in Spain recently announced it was to issue visa legislation allowing investors a residency visa for Spain if they spend €160,000 on a property. Once launched it will be the lowest price for an investor visa into Europe, significantly lowering the barrier and bringing the dream into reality for a vast number of people in particular from countries such as China, Russia, India and the middle eastern and african countries.
